ISC was founded by Mr. Mohammed Ameerullah Khan, a Civil Engineer by profession, Entrepreneur by instinct, and Visionary by nature.

His leadership has helped develop the infrastructure of Saudi Arabia, a land of immense opportunities for those with the courage to embrace the future. After four and a half decades, Mr. Khan’s ideals are deeply embedded in the culture and spirit of ISC.
